On this not hot but still humid evening in the downs of Maryland Heights, near St Louis, a friend and I saw Cheap Trick, Poison, and Def Leppard at one of the many Verizon Wireless Amphitheaters. This was the first 2009 Leppard show that I was able to get to, and the Leppards sounded and looked great!

A big fat raspberry to the PTBs at Verizon Wireless, who prohibited all cameras. Thus, in spite of second row seats, I was only able to take pictures with my cell phone, which works better for voice and text than camera. I could have gotten some wonderful shots with my regular Olympus, so, apologies in advance. Yes, I took more pictures than are represented here, but these are the only decent ones. Where possible, I've identified the song being played.
