The CMT Music Awards were televised live from Nashville, TN on June 16, 2009.

I am probably the only one weird enough to take pictures from a live TV broadcast. (Well, I've done it before.) Def Leppard was nominated for several awards due to their work with Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift, and were scheduled to perform on the show with Taylor. I also took some pictures of Keith Urban's performance on the show, as he's another favorite of mine.

Apologies for the quality of the photographs. Taking pictures of the television screen is tricky and it's hard to get good shots without the distortion of the screen showing. Maybe I should look into getting a new HD television... ;) (Think I could write it off as a business expense?)
